Summary: We loved this house! I booked this for my wife's birthday celebration for a long weekend in November. They all loved the property and amenities. There was plenty of room to everyone to have their own space, and the outdoor area provided a great entertaining space. The hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Summary: I booked this home because it had great reviews but most importantly it was newly renovated and ideally located. Once my party & I arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to see that the home lived up to its online reviews + photos! I'm not sure why but we had a short-lived issue with the hot water (2 members of our party had cold showers the first night) but the host addressed it immediately the next day and we had ZERO issues moving forward. We would definitely rent this home again, if the opportunity presents itself in the future. Thanks so much Matt!!

Summary: Four of us spend two weeks in Miami at Villa Faith working remotely in each of the bedrooms. The villa is large, with plenty of work and relaxation space in addition to a big backyard with heated pool and barbecue. The local area felt safe but the gated entrance gave additional peace of mind. Would definitely stay again!
