Comfortable 2 bed, 1 bath Townhouse in beautiful Orem. Perfect location - 10 minutes to the mouth of the canyon, 15 minutes to BYU, 5 minutes to UVU. Close enough to everything yet far enough away to be away.

Summary: I could not have picked a better place for two days of quiet remote work. I appreciated the professionalism of the host, the size and cleanliness of the place, and the easy access and quiet nature of the neighborhood. Great value-to-price ratio. Would stay again.

Summary: We were impressed by the cleanliness of the home. Check in was easy. I did note that the shower hot and cold were plumbed backwards. That was easy for me to figure but my son took a cold shower. I should have mentioned it to him. Bring you own cards or games if you enjoy that type of thing. Also, we liked the proximity to shopping and the freeway. Despite that it was in a quiet neighborhood that was conducive for sleeping.

Summary: This townhome is fine. It has adequate beds, a suitable kitchen and large living room. The bathroom is small as it shared with the laundry. There were some pests in the kitchen although the home appeared to be clean. The neighborhood is not as anticipated and felt slightly unsafe.

Summary: This was perfect for my short stay in Utah. My niece was graduating and the convenience of the location as well as the cleanliness were big perks!
