Summary: The property is on a highway but set back from the road and all the bedrooms face the backyard. If you have a young escape artist in your family this might not be for you, but there were lots of fun activites for children to teens and adults. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, which was perfect for us. The house is well stocked for cooking and eating. It was clean and felt welcoming.

Summary: This property is perfect for a family attending any events @ East Carolina University. Its far away enough to get away from the chaos of Greenville and an easy drive to campus. The town of Kinston has plenty of restaurants, grocery, etc. as well. Very warm and friendly community. Will definitely return or make recommendations to this property. Home and property was clean and simple and provided more than what we could've asked for.
