Summary: I’ve stayed at many major hotel brands, but Paradise City Incheon is by far the best. Exceptional comfort, amazing staff, beautiful design, incredible breakfast, and a perfect location near the airport.

Summary: The property was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The amenities, such as the outdoor pool, were unfortunately closed. Coffee/ cafes did not open until 9am making it challenging for early risers like myself. The dinner options closed early without many healthy options and no take away options. For the price paid I would choose another hotel nearby in the future.

Summary: Super friendly and helpful staff! Facilities were clean but noticed there were a few gamblers that took over all the couches in the lobby area, either sleeping or laying down that made me feel just a little out of place.
