Summary: The staff were excellent, the room was comfortable and clean and the airport shuttle was very efficient. We didn’t give 5 stars because you were a captive audience for the food and it was super expensive. The toilet in our room was sluggish and the hose shower head didn’t point downwards so it was difficult not to wet the whole room. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it

Summary: Know that this hotel is NOT in walking distance BUT they do have a shuttle that passes every 30 min. Go out the door and turn left, walk a bit until you see a small sign for the Hyatt sign. Takes about 10 min to get there. Beautiful and huge hotel, modern. Buffet breakfast style with everything fresh. Bakery buffet is on the other side of the glass panel just a FYI. I ordered room service as i arrived late and ordered the cheese burger that came with fries. It was hot and fries were crispy. condiments came in little bottles. Was a very good "north american style" burger. Staff were so courteous and helpful! 10 out of 10 in my books!
