Positive: Service was fantastic! Impressive hotel resort and staff, beautiful rooms. If you have children you’ll be in for an incredible treat. Restaurant choices are incredible as well.

Negative: Didn’t get as cool as I would have liked in terms of air conditioning for room but they did provide a fan as well.

Summary: Amazing hotel resort, incredible level of service by staff, luxurious rooms and I would 100% stay again!

Negative: No ventilation/AC in the room therefore it was too hot to sleep. This was significant. I would not go back unless able to downregulate temperature in the room all year long to sleep comfortably

Positive: There’s a lot to like here; it’s vast and pretentious, yet stunning. A real feast for the senses. Concierge go above and beyond to please. A true 5 star establishment. Courtesy airport shuttle was great - 5 mins from terminal 1, around 20 terminal 2.

Negative: Not the best value for money for us, quickly chosen based on others reviews as we needed somewhere pleasant close to Incheon airport for a 2 night lay over. This said we were at the end of our holiday in Thailand needing to re- route back to Uk. We didn’t opt for breakfast at almost £4 each nor use the. Cimer area, and the Wondebox was closed for maintenance, although we hadn’t booked for these, Instead we walked to the local Mega Coffee shop 5 mins away and in the evening ate at one of the bbq restaurants. We also used the courtesy shuttle to take an airport limousine from the airport into Seoul and climbed the old city wall for breathtaking views over the city.
