Positive: This was an incredible stay. Some of the nicest food we've ever had at a resort - tasty and fresh and well thought through meal plans. Every single member of staff including management were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The team made a special effort to make New Year's Eve memorable and it was fantastic. The diving here is some of the best coral reef we've experienced (and we dive a lot) and there were heaps of activities for non divers. The accommodation itself is lovely with good fly screens, clean, private and comfortable. A big 5*'s from us. Vinaka to everyone at the resort.

Negative: Nothing at all - it was exceptional.

Positive: Very special location, very remote. Loved it. Though we could not choose our food it was really delicious every meal! Great trip available to astrolabe reef.

Negative: A bit far from astrolabe reef. Unfortunately they had some issues with their boat when we were there. Hopefully fixed now.

Positive: Staying in Papageno Resort was an excellent decision. The place welcomes you very warmly, it is amazingly beautiful, the room is excellent, the staff is very kind and friendly, and the sea, well, you must go and see with your eyes. It is worth staying there, every minute! We will go back! Definitely!

Summary: Wonderful! It can not be only once.

Positive: Perched by a coral reef, with lots of activities to do in the water and out of it. Everyone was amazingly friendly and welcoming and even more so as we stayed during the rainy season with few other guests around. It definitely felt like a big family.

Negative: Hard to find something we didn't like, really.

Positive: Amazing experience! From the boat pick-up to the clean rooms, the great fijian food, the staff, everything was perfect! The resort is not too big, and is on it’s own on a long stretch of beach, gives you a feeling of being alone on the island. There is good wifi at the restaurant. Great scuba diving literally minutes away !

Positive: We were there when it was quiet so we got upgraded from a backpacker room to a private room by the manager. So surprised and so happy. The vibe of the whole resort is really calm and chill. Every day you wake up with the sounds of tides and singing from birds. Mosquito there is crazy but the patio of each room has mosquito screens so you can still open the door sit outside and enjoy the ocean breeze. The swim with Manta Ray tour is absolutely amazing. It's so much better than the Manta Ray tour in Yasawa, which you might have to swim with 30+ other guests... Here, they go in smaller groups and you will have plenty of time to encounter these beautiful giants. All the staff always make sure that every guest enjoys their stay. They take care of little kids and ensure they also enjoy their time too. Thank you Papageno. You are one of the highlights of our Fiji holiday :)
