Positive: I liked having my own space. Clean & Comfortable and I really didn’t spend a lot of time there so it was basically all I needed

Negative: There was nothing that I did not like about it… It’s easy access to the highway if you’re looking for the Ritz Carlton… By all means this is not it. It’s in an old neighborhood. I did not feel unsafe, but it’s definitely older homes, but nobody bothered me. It was quiet at night. I did hear some traffic a little bit, but not enough to keep me awake or bother me and much better than screaming kids running up and down the hallway at a hotel

Positive: The house was clean, had the basic essentials listed, tv, lights, AC, good water pressure, and was close to the airport.

Negative: The bathroom could have nicer bath towels and updated bathtub. Window unit near the bedroom looked like there was aluminum foil and duct tape holding it in place but not sure why.

Positive: For the price this was a decent property! It served its purpose for our one night stay. I don’t think I would stay longer than a night because of the limited space though. It’s a tight squeeze both while sitting on the toilet and in the shower. The bed is so tight fitting that it squeaks a good bit with movement. You can hear the tv/music and talking of the people next door bc of their closeness. The location was good for where we were going. Like I said, for the price it was a good experience.

Positive: I loved how comfortable and homey the spaces are. I had the pleasure of staying in both units and had a comfy sleep. The Duke unit has a larger sitting/dining area with the bed in cubby hole. If you’re a person that’s claustrophobic this sleeping quarters is not for you. The Duchess unit is open concept. The units had everything you’ll need to enjoy a home cook meal if you’re an introvert! Easy access to the units, parking space provided, and even has a laundry room! I love the space! The owners are prompt with responding to questions. I should have inquired about the fruits in the lot next door. I wanted some!😂😂. I would definitely recommend this tucked away gem to others! I’m booking another stay soon.♥️

Positive: I appreciated the owners letting me stay an extra hour with no fee. The space was cozy and it felt secluded. And I actually liked all the cameras outside/in the yard, made it feel more secure. Bathroom was super cute and loved the shower.

Negative: I’m being very nit picky but the floor was wet when I came in and had a faint sticky feeling—I think the A/C made the floor cleaning stuff condense with the water in the air, not the owners fault.

Positive: I loved the quiet area. The room was very small which I expected. I really loved the little fridge and microwave. It seems like those aren't standard in economy rooms here. The price for the night was great. Being so pet friendly was a BIG plus!

Negative: The bed was against the wall in the corner which made it very hard to get in and out of bed. The TV was on the wall above the bed facing two small wood chairs. I couldn't sit long on the chair but couldn't see it while laying on the bed. Parking was a bit tight but manageable.
