Summary: Good hotel in a good location. Very high level of service. A charming little street full of restaurants and bars leads out of the hotel. Not very accessible for disabled people, for example lots of stairs to the pool. In addition, the rooms are small and outdated. The staff is exceptional.

Summary: Had a great time at this resort! Staff was amazing, helpful and friendly (especially Oh and O). I came to relax and that's what I did. After the first room I was in had a maintenance issue, I was quickly moved to a new, wonderful room. The hotel pool was newly renovated and the view was gorgeous! The beach was nice too. If I didn't want to eat at the resort, I went to the village at the base of the hill and ate there at the restaurants. If feel like you want to explore more of the island, you can book tours from here. I would certainly return to the Panviman!
