Summary: Nice, clean, well kept house. About 20 min. to JetBlue Park. Everything worked fine. Quiet neighborhood. Shopping, gas, etc. about 12 min. away. No real issues. Good stay. Recommend.

Summary: We just spent an amazing month here and just loved it! It's located in a quieter neighborhood which was fantastic for us, we love to take morning and evening walks and it was perfect, barely any traffic. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great and all questions were answered promptly. While not located at the beach, it's just a 30 minute drive to Fort Myers beach, which is beautiful. If you're a fan of Cuban food, there's a Cuban cafe about 6 minutes away, you need to check it out. There are also 2 spring training ballparks nearby, so we took in a couple of games. I highly recommend this property, you won't be disappointed!

Summary: We chose the Panther House because it was located 45 minutes to an hour away from 3 different groups of friends we visited while in Florida. The house was very nice and clean. The master bedroom had a comfortable bed and linens. We only used the coffee pots, toaster and microwave but the kitchen was well equipped for every cooking need. We enjoyed sitting in the sun on the private patio and having a garage for our vehicle. We appreciated the entryway and driveway were well lit when we arrived back to the house at night. It may have been an oversight but we had expected there would be paper products especially toilet paper provided. We didn't find alot to do in the area but our intent was to just spend the evenings there. We felt safe staying at the Panther House.

Summary: Only the top door lock was on when we arrived. When we left we were unable to lock the front door.
