Positive: Everything. The family who run it must be the most welcoming, helpful and friendly in the whole of Greece, and that's saying something. Our luggage was carried up to our room by George, one of the sons and Georgia, his mother, brought us little Greek sweets etc every day. The place is very clean & convenient and the views from the rooms, outstanding. It's a quiet situation but not far from Chania and the airport. We had amazing sunsets every evening. Great for photos. George recommended a restaurant not far away & for us it was superb, we love being away from touristy places & eating real Greek food with Greek families. Food fabulous & local wine great too.

Negative: Leaving. We were only there for 3 nights but will be back.

Positive: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated.

Negative: We rented this apartment through Booking.com. The listing did not include any photos of the bathroom or toilet. Upon arrival, we found out that the space was extremely small. The shower is about 1x1 meter, separated only by a plastic curtain, which does not work well, so all the water ends up on the floor. As a result, every time you use the shower, you step out into a wet and dirty floor.

Positive: The hospitality of the owners are over the top. Always available and ready to help with what ever we needed. The view is stunning and the silence and calm was much appreciated. A car is a necessity but the drive down to Chania only takes 15 minutes. A lovely place to stay. Thank you!

Positive: Everything was perfect. The view is extraordinary, pool was great. The family who owns the villa is very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is fully equipped. We had a balcony on the front and the back so good ventilation in addition to the AC if you want it, we didn’t really need the AC. WiFi worked, the location is great, close enough to the city but also remote enough to feel calm and relaxed. You need a car for sure, but I would suggest having a car anyway. There is parking. Will def stay here again next time!
