Positive: The apartment was extremely comfortable, clean, well appointed, everyth8ng you needed.

Negative: We liked everything. We generally like to be right in town so we can walk to everything, and this is not walkable, although just a 2 mile drive. But, right outside the door are beautiful hiking trails with exquisite madrone trees and views! It was a treat we didn’t expect and came to really love.

Summary: It was a treat to stay in the lovely home and location.

Positive: Location, the hosts were very friendly when we had any questions or issues.

Negative: The door code didn’t work consistently and there’s a raised hardwood platform in the middle of the unit that is easy to trip over. There’s also quite a bit of noise from the floor above where the owner lives and I worried about my own sound at night.

Positive: We stayed for 8 nights. The best apartment rental I have ever came across traveling. I have been a frequent visitor to Ashland the last 6 years, and from now on I will only stay at this beautiful property in the hills. Hoping for availability. The apartment was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The decor is stylish, furniture and beds are comfortable. Extra towels, beddings provided, as well as heating blankets for colder nights. We didn't need to turn on the heater, our days were warm, the air-conditioning unit worked great. Location and the view is the best. The street is quiet, hiking trails just outside the door. Parking is easy and plenty on the street as well as right next to the apartment for convenience. Our host was friendly, informative and always available. Very highly recommended, just please don't book the days I want to stay there :).

Negative: Would have loved to stay longer. Very happy to return in the near future.

Positive: Great view from the house. We loved the location. A short walk to hiking/biking trails. Only a short drive into town. Very quiet neighborhood. The owner is extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful.
