Like staying with friends! Individual loft-style designed first row beach apartment with unrestricted panoramic ocean view overlooking the whole bay.
The apartment on the 2nd floor (elevator available) is about 81 sqm and offers 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with rainshower, a spacious living/dining/kitchen area, a storage room and a large covered and glazed balcony (about 11 sqm) with views over the bay from “pole position” to the sea. From every window you can overlook the beach, palm trees and the natural park Punta de n'Amer.
The bright flat is decorated according to the motto 'vintage industrial meets music' with a lot of natural wood, leather and metal. Both bedrooms offer a 180 x 200 cm double bed (separate spring mattresses) and the living room couch is extendable (150 x 200 cm) - so there is space for 5 people.

Summary: This was our first trip to Mallorca and we had no idea where to stay. Fortunately, the apartment we chose was just right for us. It's modern and has a great view from all windows. The location is good with easy access to many places. There's stores and good restaurants right downstairs. We'd stay there again!

Summary: We really love our stay in the apartment in Cala Millor. The apartment was clean and had everything for our prefect vacation. We love the decor and feel like home. The bed was also comfortable with a beautiful view of sea. We spend hours sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view every morning and every evening. We also love the location as everything is around. Grocery stores, restaurant and shopping. We also enjoyed the beach just across the street. We did a few trips around the island and always were happy to come back to this beautiful place. Never had an issues with finding the parking spot. Thank you for having and opening your home for us!

Summary: The apartment has all the amenities required for a perfect holiday! Everything as described. We really enjoyed the very stylish interior design. Furthermore, bedrooms are very comfortable. Having an own washing machine was very helpful. Supermarket just around the corner, Mercando/Lidl a 7min walk away. Car rental (Europcar / Tripcars) just a minute away. Service from local manager was excellent as well. Many thanks for all your support in providing us these beautiful stay!

Summary: property is clean, tidy, and spacious. great view. and great location. everything you need provided, amazon video and Netflix available on the tv. Bars and restaurants and shops all in walking distance. my only criticism would be that although the apartment was clean, the air conditioning inlet grills were covered in dust. overall a pleasant stay

Summary: "Cala Millor we did not give you the love you deserved" was the quote of the week from our stay. It's a nice beach town, but being we are from California we wanted to see all of Mallorca and embrace the culture, and did - castles, fortresses, caves, beaches, rocky coast, horseback riding and Tuesday's market in Arta that lead to churches, and medieval history. Everyday was a new adventure. This stylish apartment and the location was perfect to come back to with easy street parking, a market on the same block, allowed for convenient relaxation and time needed to rejuvenate for the next days adventures. We loved the modern colorful decor and newly renovated bathroom the most! The bed was very comfortable, and wifi worked perfectly to help plan our trip. We had everything we needed, and enjoyed dinning in for breakfast with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean every morning. I strongly recommend staying here, it's far better than a resort. And if you want a hotel, there's one next door that's accommodating and has live entertainment a few nights, which was fun! Great walks along the beach front for miles too, or chairs in the sand were right near by. Recommended adventures: Rancho Grande horseback and BBQ dinner Show (good food nice people fun experience) Arta open market on Tuesday Fetget restaurant - Michelin Star restaurant - rural location, beautiful views of the ocean and country. Caves (less than 30 minutes south of Cala Millor) Leave Palma and really experience living on Mallorca here at this location.

Summary: We recently stayed at this fantastic apartment. When people strolled along the promenade or pathway, this was the property that caught everyone's eye being closest to the water and having a wonderful view of the promenade in both directions. The sound of the surf greets you each morning and is the best sound to fall asleep to. The large deck is an amazing spot to watch the sunrise and have sunshine through the afternoon as well. A great spot to enjoy a book or be entertained watching people strolling, cycling, swimming, surfing or riding horseback. If you enjoy being active all these options are right out your door. The place was very clean and functional. Christian and Sandra are wonderful hosts and were quick to look after anything we needed. Lots of shops to get groceries, beach gear or a momento from your stay. Very good restaurants are just a stroll away. Thanks Christian and Sandra for a wonderful spot to enjoy Mallorca. We hope to be back to see you again soon. Your friends from Canada!

Summary: We have recently returned from our stay in Cala Millor and we had the most amazing time. The location of this apartment is perfect, set back enough from the beach to still be quiet but close enough to the shops and restaurants that we had a nice evening stroll every day. The view from the balcony is simply breathtaking. The apartment itself has everything you need (and more) for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, spacious lounge and kitchen (with crockery and utensils galore!), the TV had netflix which was great on the one day it rained. There is even a dishwasher and washing machine - which were both welcomed additions for us! Parking outside on the street was perfect and we never struggled to find a space. The Cala Millor area is lovely, a big long stretch of beach that was never too overcrowded. Some great bars and restaurants along the seafront promenade - Cafe del sol and Sa Caleta were our two favourites. Christian answered all of our questions before we set off for Majorca and was friendly and helpful. Susanne met us upon arrival at the apartment and she too was so helpful. Despite her English being basic, she showed us everything we needed and really started our holiday off nicely. Thank you, Christian, for a wonderful holiday. We will certainly be back next year!
