Summary: We had a great time enjoying the views, all the lounge areas around the property and the pool was vital to cool down in. Poggi is a lovely small town just above the coast where you get an evening breeze. The Wifi worked really well which my son appreciated. The indoors remained cool enough to get a good night's sleep with the shutters closed when the sun was at its strongest.

Summary: This villa and especially the terraces with the pool an the gorgeous view are magnificent and unbelievable. Some littel things in the house could be improved, but these things doesn't disturb at all. A great place to spend relaxing days or weeks or to explore the suuroundings. The villa and the terraces are just like on the photos.

Summary: Beautiful ground floor apartment set in terraced gardens with above ground pool. The steps up to the property are quite steep so not suitable for the non-ambulant. The property is exactly as described on the web site and is clean, well decorated and equipped. Outside Pizza oven cooked the best pizza we have ever had. Has secure car parking for one car. Road to property is quite small and the drive is not easy to turn into if you have a big or long car. Managed it with my big Audi A6 estate car with a couple of tight maneuvers; not for the nervous drivers, although you would not be driving in Italy if you were nervous! Recommended.
