Summary: The apartment ist a very comfortable and quiet place with a great sight above the sea and the old town of siracuse. On clear days, you can see the etna. Santi is a friendly and always helpful host. A car is needed to get what you need and reach beautiful beaches. Siracuse offers a lot of restaurants und supermarkets. Claudia and Marie-Luise

Summary: We stayed for a week with 2 teenage sons. Wonderful location, quiet, very private, 3 minutes walk to the beach, we would mot even change from swimming suits going home. Beautiful huge living room with view on the sea, pines and blooming trees, to hang out, have dinner and enjoying each other company and large bedrooms for taking breaks. Always plenty of hot water in the shower with good water pressure. Easy parking right by the house. Also within short waking is another beautiful beach ( we preferred one right in front of the house though) and few decent restaurants. There are beautiful sunsets every night. AC works fine, much appreciated as we had a very hot days. WiFi works, washing machine, TV, everything as it should be. Beds are very comfortable . Our wonderful host, Santi, was very reliable, spoke good English, always available when we had questions about local ways. Definitely coming back next time year but we will book earlier, as it was booked solid through the summer. Very happy with our stay, thank you Santi!

Summary: We absolutely loved this apartment! Santi is a gracious host with impeccable taste and thought of everything, it is clear he take tremendous pride in how he hosts people! The place is immaculate, about ten minutes' drive from Ortigia, has access to two beaches within walking distance, and a variety of nice restaurants. My children loved Santi, and we spent a lovely, relaxing and unforgettable couple of days here. We have already started talking about when we can go back!

Summary: My family and I recently stayed at this cozy apartment with beautiful views of the sea and Mt. Etna. The apartment is well-equipped and very comfortable. My family and I were able to cook simple meals in this kitchen and enjoyed many sunsets on the patio. Santi is an incredible host! Aside from just being very kind and personable, he also suggested the best beaches to visit, nearby restaurants, etc. We had our own car, which Santi permitted us to park in a private/secure area. The apartment is a short 10-12 minute drive away from Ortigia; a 35 min drive from Noto, and a 1.5 hour drive from Taormina all of we which we visited during our week long stay. There is also a supermarket located 10 minutes away from the apartment. We highly recommend this apartment! I am very happy we chose to stay here. Grazie, Santi!

Summary: Apartment is just outside Syracuse in s very nice location by the sea. It has great views of the ocean and of Syracuse itself. Apartment has lots of nice touches. Is very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Santi is a wonderful host. Always available, very helpful, and very friendly. Most important, a wonderful human being you would love to have as his friend. And let’s not forget Juno!

Summary: Just returned from a very pleasant late season holiday at this apartment. It was very easy to find (you definitely need a car to stay here) and Santi was really welcoming and helpful. Apartment is light and airy, with high ceilings and gorgeous views through huge picture windows. Comfy beds and decent showers, lots of nice seating in and outside. If any improvements could be made it would be that the kitchen is a bit small and could be made a bit bigger - the apartment is big! We cater in a lot on holiday and it was a bit of a squeeze! Could do with a bit more kitchen equipment too - things like a cheese grater, a few more glasses and a decent sized chopping board would be good. But everything that was there worked and was clean and tidy so not a criticism. As it was October during a quieter part of the year, the local restaurants were either closed or empty so we ended up driving into Siracusa when we did go out for dinner - but I imagine in the summer that some of the local fish restaurants on the side of the beach would be nice. Next time!

Summary: Am very happy to thoroughly recommend this property - it was extremely clean, comfortable, modern, spacious and in a great location. Easy (free) parking. Fabulous picturesque cove a few minutes walk away with excellent swimming from a small sandy beach. About a 15 minute drive to Ortigia. Great pizzeria a few minutes drive away. Santi was an exceptional host.

Summary: To keep it short: Even if I think hard, there is nothing we could criticize: The appartement is big and in best shape. There is a huge balcony with seaview perfect for a good start into the day. There is a kitchen with washing machine, two bathrooms, two sleeping rooms - one for our kid, a huge living room with big windows in sea direction, brandnew air condition for each room and everything else you need for a perfect holiday. Santi is very helpful, discrete and simply a gentle guy. Once, we had a problem with the water sink in the kitchen. I called him and he immediately returned from a birthday party(!) with tools he bought in the supermarket. His small dog is wonderful for kids and even my wife quite frightened to dogs is missing him, now. The location is perhaps the best in the Siracusa region. We had two beaches in 2 and 10 minutes walk distance, one situated in a national ressort. You find swarms of fishes, starfishes, octopusses in typically cristal clear water. We are a small family with a 4 years old kid from Munich/Germany and we had a great time. Many thanks to Santi and we really hope to get the opportunity to visit him and Sicily again.
