Positive: Good air con, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are big, same as living area. all was super clean. The guard brought us to the entrance from the car park by electric vehicle. The whole resort is very quiet

Negative: There was no knife to eat or cut bread (only scissors and cooking knife)

Summary: Great place to stay in Khao Yai (perfect for 2 couples)

Positive: The facility is quiet and simply serene. The security staffs are highly polite and helpful with our check-in. According to their instruction, we contacted the property's owner and were informed how to access the room. The room is very big and fully furnished. Looking out of the windows, you can enjoy a very beautiful view of both the nature and the facility.

Negative: It would be nice to have a box of tissue paper on the dining table or in the living room.

Summary: A very nice and serene place to stay to truly relax. Very close to Khoa Yai National Park.

Positive: An ok place. A little odd with the mix of hotel and condos. If you’re in the condo section it would be easy to miss the better of the two restaurants. A long but pleasant walk between things.

Negative: Kind of a weird atmosphere. Very few guests when we were there.

Positive: The room is nice. The weather is just right. Facility is great for family with kids. There’re two bedrooms. It was chilly so we did not swim and the pool looks nice.

Negative: There’s another group of guests showed up to this room in the middle of the night, and tried unlocking our room. We went out and see that they have the same unlocking pin we received. Eventually, they rechecked their booking and we close our door, telling them if there’s any problem, just knock our door. I believed this is just a miscommunication or misunderstanding. No bad intention involved. It a bit scary though.

Positive: When we arrive there is no reception , only the guide and asked for our passport then , said okie took us to the apartment As we arrived The Valley we should have a reception to welcome and bring us to the 6th floor. We thought your resort is nearby the Malls or market....as we do not have a car. On the 12 Dec just 3 of us have lunch in the next resort. But at night we dare not walk there too dark ...so we have a simple cup mee dinner and see our Hallmark TV series. You need to advise guest to rent a car or a driver guide.
