This brand new luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium unit is located at the beginning of the Tillamook Head National Hiking Trail and overlooks the ocean with breathtaking views from the living room and master bedroom. Bring binoculars for whale watching during migrating season or look for surfers seeking the best waves in the Cove year round. The views from the cliffside are dramatic and to get to the sandy beach, you could walk or drive to the base of the Cove, or to Ave “U”. This unit has beautiful granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, a jetted jacuzzi tub in the spacious master bathroom, which also has a shower and double sinks. The other bathroom has a shower/tub combo and is equally as beautiful. The gas fireplace adds the finishing touch to the cozy and charming living room. There are Flat screen smart TVs in living room and in the master bedroom as well, plus free wireless internet. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a laundry room as well. The patio has furniture to relax in, a grassy yard area that is fenced with the ocean waves breaking directly below. The unit is on the main level; There is a sidewalk path, then 4 steps up to the upper sidewalk to the main front door. Parking for 2 cars only. No smoking or pets allowed.

Summary: This could not have been a better location. The property was perfect and the view was incredible. We enjoyed every moment of it. Our only complaint was that we did not book it for longer. This will be a go forward location for us going forward. We will definitely be coming back to this rental.

Summary: The condo was amazing in every way. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get away and enjoy amazing views of the ocean. Next time I will book directly with the rental property to save nearly $100 in extra fees charged by VRBO.

Summary: Quiet, comfortable condo with amazing views at the south end of Seaside. Enjoyed sunset from the back patio. Closer to Tillamook Trailhead. Not a bad walk to beach and even to promenade in Seaside. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Summary: Definitely want to make this our annual stay at the beach. Fabulous views, beautiful grounds great outdoor seating areas. Enjoyed the large Jacuzzi tub in the master comfortable mattresses.weather was beautiful but evenings in front of the fire so cozy. Had a lovely getaway. Marge

Summary: The condo was spectacular and perfect location. The only disappointment was the TV. It had no cable and no local channels. The streaming was not worth having. Old movies and shows. We like local channels and news and sports. Other than that, it was WONDERFUL!!
