Positive: The facility matched the price we paid. The kitchen was great for what we needed. The location was quite and the rooms were warm (we visited in December). The host very helpful with tips for sightseeing and driving directions. Overall we recomand it as a stop for hiking, outdoors accomodation.

Negative: There was room for improvement in the bathroom e.g. toilet, but somethhing we could live with.

Summary: Great stay, wonderful familty time while hiking!

Positive: Great value for price, large room.

Negative: Bed linen could have been renewed, pillow cases were quite used and has light staining. Toilet seat in female bathroom is broken, so you need to balance yourself on one cheek so it is even. Overall cleanliness was acceptable/ok. For that price it was good value. Also no WiFi when I arrived, I had to reconnect it to use it. I stayed one night, didn't use the kitchen, so cannot comment. Would have preferred black out blinds or so, that the room is fully dark but for the price again it's ok.

Positive: Very nice and communicative owner who is responding to all messages in almost no time. A bit old building with maybe not a great rooms (no bathroom, simple beds, no chairs / desk inside). Two common bathrooms are available, also with very basic equipment only. However the kitchen (also - common for the whole place) - equipped with everything you may need to prepare even sophisticated dishes, plus coffee machine with free coffee! Also additional eating room is available, but almost nobody was using it - because there are many options to eat also outside (especially when the weather is nice). Plus - breathtaking view outside, almost completely black sky in the night and crickets chirping so loud you can't hear people talking :-D The place is also very safe, if small internal parking is full, you can just put your car outside along the building without worrying about it. All of that with a very low price, so basically if you need a budget location to stay for few days - it is a perfect one.

Negative: Conditions in the building are quite rough, so expect the kitchen - it could be modernized. However - it will be then more expensive :-D
