Positive: Everything was perfect. I often stay in 5-star hotels, and I have never seen a place this clean. The neighborhood is great and lively, and I found the best coffee in Bangkok just 2 minutes away.

Negative: Nothing, everything was excellent.

Positive: A beautiful and cozy place. Very clean and comfortable. Living room and kitchen are perfect. There are many restaurants and good cafe arounds. Good choice for family trip.

Negative: There are a lot mosquito outside, don't open doors or windows will be fine. If the windows can be fixed might be better.

Positive: Just fantastic!! The place is a real gem. Very beautifully decorated. All the amenities you need for a short or long stay in Bangkok. I was welcomed in person and there was a cute little sign welcoming me to Bangkok (loved it!). The place was very clean. The location is great, it was really easy to get around. This place is really special; book it before it’s always full!

Positive: Location, staff, facilities, high qauality TV and free you tube with no Ads and WiFi

Negative: The toilet upstairs was not working, and we used only the other toilet downstairs. The downstairs toilet has cluged in the washing sink, and the water dies not pass. The owner brought blubber the next day, and he fixed the upstairs toilet but did not fix the downstairs.
