Positive: The location was great. It was a short walk to the beach. The rental was clean and the living/dining/kitchen was more spacious than we expected from the pictures. We enjoyed hanging out on the large screened porch and used bicycles to get to and from Seaside, which was very crowded but easy to access by bike (we rented bikes separately, they did not come with the rental). We texted some questions to the property manager and had answers very quickly.

Negative: Our only regret was that we were not able to stay longer. The quiet house and neighborhood would have been great to really unplug for a week or so, but we were only there for a weekend and didn't get to fully enjoy it because we were attending a wedding at Watercolor.

Summary: We had a short pleasant stay at this quiet beachy house.

Positive: It was a great location and very easy to book at the very last minute. The long porch is amazing as well.

Negative: The carpets really need to be replaced. That is about it.

Positive: Location was in a lovely neighborhood with lots of families. Short 8 minute walk to beach access right across the road. However a full mile walk all the restaurants and bars and shops. Loved the screen in wrap-around porch with table for 6 and ceiling fans.

Negative: The bedding and mattresses need a serious upgrade. Soft and scratchy. Pillows a little lame too.

Summary: Nice beach stay for a long weekend!
