Summary: We had an amazing vacation! The beach was within a comfortable walking distance. We enjoyed our coffee on the porch. The new coffee shop and ice cream shops just within walking distance were perfect! The back yard was big enough to allow our dog some outside time without having to walk her. Would rent this property again!

Summary: This home was perfect for our family of 5. Short walk to the beach and both community pools. The pools were never crowded which was a concern of ours originally. There is a new retail spot at the top of the street with restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream shop, and great breakfast spot. We walked here everyday. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Summary: We returned to Toes in the Sand for our second year in a row — still a wonderful home in an awesome location! A new benefit this year is that even more shops and restaurants have opened in the commercial development just across 30A from the gated entrance to neighborhood, so we were able to walk for dinner and for ice cream treats more than one night. Summary: Great Beach House, plenty of room for our Family, close to Seaside, the neighborhood was full of large trees, very quaint. Beach Access was super easy…..awesome vacation before sending our daughter off to College. Loved the 2 balconies and the front porch. Kitchen was well stocked and all of the beds were off the charts comfortable. The picked fenced little backyard was a must. Thank you for allowing us to bring our Pup!
