Positive: Excellent accomodation, Very clean apartment, Comfortable, Veranda with sea view. Photos are realistic.. Interesting Communication with owner.. Beach only 20 m from apartment and also excellent but need sea shoes.. However, you will have many possibilities to enjoy wonderful beaches, organized or not, at close distances from the apartment. The same goes for food choices. For breakfast, however, you should take care of yourself to get ingredients from a Food store. There is something like that nearby.

Negative: I didn't like the fact that for 4 nights they didn't change the towels and didn't empty the trash can. More generally, a simple cleaning of the room was not done in the 5 days we stayed there. The reason is that the cost of rent as well as the level of accommodation dictates it! However, our entire stay, which was perfectly covered by our accommodation and location, is tempered by this fact.

Positive: Beautiful accommodation, very quiet location, close to the beach and a local restaurant. Kitries has one of the best beaches in the Kalamata golf. Excellent communication with the host.

Positive: The appartment was really nice, fully equipped and clean and the location was superb if one is interested for quick access to a nice beach and a quiet place to stay. The hostess Rania was also super kind and helpful!

Positive: This place was so perfect for a family with kids! It has a lovely enclosed courtyard and a kid friendly balcony. The view of the ocean and the olive grove next door was amazing. There was a beach and restaurant right across the street. I would absolutely stay here again!

Positive: The location is great, especially if you have a car then you have even more places to go near-by. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, very comfortable and can easily accommodate all the needs of a long-term stay! The lady that manages the booking and the property was very helpful, we had great communication and was truly happy to host us -it meant a lot to us to have such a blissful experience for our holidays.

Positive: The people - Rania is an exceptional host, we didn't miss anything. Family owned place with many long time customers. The property - Lovely apartment, two separate spaces to spend time when our wee one was having a nap. Fully equipped, Nespresso and washing machine were excellent additions. Immaculate, very comfy beds. The grounds - Our wee one loved jumping out of the bed and straight out in the garden (we were on the ground floor) to meet her new friends. Quiet, safe, easy parking. The surroundings - The beach is literally 20 steps away. Pebbled but easy to access. Makes it so easy for young families. One Taverna just across the road, but more options available by car within 10 mins. Final key question: 'Would we go again?' - By all means. Thanks Rania.

Negative: No complaints whatsoever, but here's a couple of thoughts for future consideration. A few more hooks in the bathroom would be great to help avoid having towels lying about. For lower placed wall sockets, consider putting safety plugs in to be on the safe side with small kids. Consider less bright bedside lamps. Kitries is a lovely small village. Be mindful that the nearest grocery shop is 5-10 mins away by car. No nearby pharmacy if need be. We loved our rides back to Kalamata (only 30 mins away), but I know this won't suit everyone. Then again, you can come prepared, shop ahead and enjoy a great stay.
