Positive: Hotel located in a nice area. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was very good. a variety of everything.

Negative: Very difficult to communicate with random Staff. Front desk staff know a bit of English. In my opinion they need to be able to speak and understand English language a little bit better. especially if you are working in the hotel/tourism industry.

Summary: Was a nice stay, and recommend this hotel for sure when visiting Xiamen

Positive: Loved the location, close to metro and convenience store as well as the ferry for day trip to Gulangyu island. Staff were willing to help despite a language barrier.

Negative: When we booked there was an amazing pool but on arrival we were informed that it closed the day before arrival:(
