Positive: The place is absolutely stunning, the staff can’t do enough for you, all of them are extremely attentive! The location is very central although it’s a bit difficult to find it upon arrival.

Positive: Very beautiful and perfect location to discover the streets of Xiamen.

Negative: They could cover a little bit more wich areas are for guest and wich not. Some random entrances and flats here and there is weird. But room was great!

Positive: Location is great. Just a few minutes away from Zhongshan pedestrian street and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Tucked in a quaint alley but not hard to find.

Negative: The main reason I booked the hotel was the ambience. The photos of the hotel shown on the website were really nice and I thought I will be able to walk around the place. However I was assigned to another building, I wasn't sure if it was because they were doing construction in the hotel building or it was part of the actual hotel. Also they didn't have lifts so it was a bit of a challenge with my luggage but it was ok as I was expecting this. It was ok for a couple of nights' stay.

Positive: I like it that this has been converted out of an old house plus building, so it is full of cultural character and history

Negative: The place is not up to international hospitality standard. As a place for a short stay it's ok. It serves a purpose, but don't come with high expectations. I personally wouldn't want to stay here for more than a night.
