Summary: We prepaid for our room with a corporate credit card. At check in the wanted a $500 deposit and the hotel wouldn’t use the card on file.

Summary: Friendly and easy check in. The room was a generous size and clean. Comfy bed, and good shower pressure. All elevators were working on this stay making getting from lobby to room and other way around much quicker. The on site restaurant has some good options and good staff, making it an easy choice.

Summary: Staff was nice but not very understanding when we told them that the thermostat needed to be replaced. It was showing 90 degrees but it was cold in the room and sounded like an airplane taking off!!! They sent someone to look at it and still not fixed!!! After two more complaints they sent up a space heater that was noisy as well!!! Then at 3:45 am the adjoining room guests had their tv at full blast!!!! All in all an uncomfortable nights sleep. Won’t stay here again any time soon.

Summary: The hotel as a whole was a great stay for our family of 3. The bed was a little firm for our liking, but the pillows were comfortable. The rooms were clean, and the view was great even though the balcony was small. Would have liked to have a roll away bed for our son since the couch didn't pull out, but we made it work.
