Positive: Beautiful home, felt like our very own small boutique hotel/resort. The style, decor, furnishing and layout of the house are all great. Hot tub/pool and outdoor area are wonderful. Plenty of umbrellas for shade. The firepit is amazing; we sat there every night and watched the sun go down over the mountain. The casita is a gem. We loved the lemon and pomelo trees - fresh fruit every day! Less than 10 minutes to downtown Palm Springs - great location. Quiet street / neighborhood. Classy, sophisticated home, but felt so comfortable for our family of 5.

Negative: Better instructions for downloading / using the pool/spa app. But once the manager showed us how to get/use, easy-peasy.
