Summary: My family and I absolutely loved staying here! The house is beautiful. The view is amazing. We caught some fish, almost a tarpon even! The host went above and beyond for us. Will definitely be coming back.

Summary: This home was perfect for our weekend trip! We fished off the dock all weekend. Only caught catfish but it was still fun. We saw a manatee and its baby, that was exciting. Every morning, we sat in the enclosed patio with our coffee and enjoyed the peacefulness of it all. The pool was a little chilly but was still good to cool down. The owners were easy to get ahold of and responded to our questions very quickly. I would highly recommend renting this property.

Summary: Nice house, clean throughout. A bit far from the beach regardless a good house. If your a fishing person maybe bring your own gear, same goes for beach gear. The gazebo started to come apart in high winds after two days which could not be helped but kept us off the water deck. Had a few issues with heated pool, but finally got the knack of the timer. Id stay there again.

Summary: Planed a weekend with my kids for my birthday. The host was pleasant and left flowers n pastries for me.had a great time,we kayaked and paddle boated around.we fished and bbged..it was a realy good time

Summary: We had such a wonderful time fishing and creating new memories for our little family. This property has everything you need and the host is so kind and helpful! The coffee bar is highly underrated!! Loved this vacation and will definitely be back!

Summary: The home was fine. Would not be for children under the age of 6, as there are a few steps to get into living room and into kitchen. A gate closing off the pool would be a good feature to add to back patio, if any guests are not swimmers. We did see several manatees and the deck is a great location to see SpaceX rocket launch.

Summary: We were visiting family in Melbourne and this place exceeded the listing. It was equipped with everything we needed and the communication with the host was spot on, we even got to see a rocket launch per their suggestion! If in the area again we would love to go back!

Summary: Did some boating did some we fished the Indian river in Sebastian Inlet. It was awesome. It all went great. I will definitely be back I would recommend this to anybody who asked me.
