Summary: The house was amazing. Plenty of room and the theatre room was a huge hit. Couple of problems with hvac but the company was very accommodating and respomded fast to fix the issue.

Summary: We take a family vacation every year in January/February. This was our 5th year and 1st time to Melbourne Beach. The house was perfect for all 13 of us. Different activities throughout the house to keep everyone busy. Were able to walk to the beach and to the ice cream stand. There was nothing that wasn't provided for us.
