Summary: Found mold in the bathroom and the wifi was terrible. The cable was horrendous. No water was provided. The staff were very nice though. For the price, there should have been more or better amenities.

Summary: My experience staying at Palm was pretty decent to be honest. I wish the room had more amenities though. The wall unit air conditioner was heaven though, LOL! However, the front desk staff and the manager were very patient, courteous and professional dealing with my transaction. I reserved my room on Palm’s website overseas before coming to Trinidad and there was a miscommunication on my end. I was very impressed how the staff and hotel manager handled my situation. Thank you again for taking of both my mother and I.

Summary: Its not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. I staff for weeks at a time. There's plenty of delicious eateries around (minutes walk) Although i love staying at the hotel the only disappointment I had was the restaurant, which has been taken over by Tropical Hand. I was not impressed with this company. There are 2 separate companies & i hope this does nit bring the hotel down

Summary: The staff was lovely. However the quality of the room does not match the price considering on that same day a big brand Hotel was 20 more .. we were expecting at least a similar room experience considering such a minimal price difference.

Summary: It was an ok property. Is stayed overnight to catch a flight in the morning. It was clean and comfortable; pleasant staff. I would stay here again

Summary: Everything was good about the Property, the only complaint i will share is the table and chairs in the breakfast area needs 2 be a bit more sturdy. Almost spilled my hot tea all over my legs
