Summary: Excellent staff on reception - room cleaning service was mixed - excellent some days, other days it was left as if it had been rushed - part made beds but was always left clean. The Harbour Villa was well equipped with a great balcony area - some traffic noise around 8am for 30 mins but the view over esplanade/sea was fantastic. The extended use of the room for 2 hours until midday was appreciated but AU$50 was a little excessive for such a short extention

Summary: Loved it here. Great rooms with comfy beds and a little kitchenette( we had a bungalow). Lovely to be able to sit out on our little balcony as well. Perfect location to walk to shops, restaurants and cafes as well as the esplanade

Summary: Great location, room was nice and modern but very small. Water supply was appalling so if u like a good shower don’t stay here. Wifi was very unreliable & & house keeping very minimal
