Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: This house is large and spacious and located right in the heart of the Rockies. It is about an hour from Aspen, 45 minutes from Vail, and just a few minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs. Plenty of parking and nestled in a quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants close.

Negative: No air conditioning.

Positive: Location was excellent, close to everything in town and easy to get to. The house was roomy and amenities were nice, just what we were looking for to host a family with older kids and the ability to have our own spaces.

Negative: NO A/C - this was a VERY hot week, and the house was quite uncomfortable during the day. It cooled off at night with windows open, but not as much as we would have liked. Many bugs in the house as well (small flying insects) likely due to the windows needing to be open for cooling. Also the house next door was under major construction, and the crew started by 7am each morning, and were not very quiet.

Summary: Was a very nice place to stay other than what was mentioned above. Good space for a larger family.
