Positive: The property is at a very good location with ashwem beach attached to the property. The property is more beautiful than you can see in the pictures and the restaurant serves lip smacking food and cocktails. The service is top notch with the staff being attentive and catering to all your needs

Negative: Since we went in the rainy season the beach activities and sit out area was closed. Would love to visit the property again during non rainy season.

Positive: The location of Palma is awsome right at beach. Restaurent - Ashwe 351 serves great food and cocktails. The live music was arranged on Friday & Saturday, though being off season in August. We had great fun. Room quality was also great, nicely done interiors and clean toilets. All staff was very courteous and room service, room cleaning, all was done nicely.

Negative: To enter the prroperty, one has to walk down steep stairs and may be issue for any elders or babies travelling - there are no lifts. We were attracted to property but took some time to get over the fact that property does not have a swimming pool. Mostly properties on this area, even beach side, do have a swimming pool. Talking of room rate, it was expensive even in off season compared to similar properties.

Positive: Absolutely beautiful property and the gardens are just gorgeous. The whole place is relaxing and so green and the gardens are so well maintained. The food was phenomenal and they catered to everything I asked for. The spa was also so relaxing and well priced. Also, I wanted some upma for lunch, and the chefs made it for me. I genuinely can’t wait to come back with my husband. Thank you for such a nice stay.

Negative: We liked everything… can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
