Positive: A very nice house with common large balcony from which you can look down to the see and observe beautiful sunset. Clean and nicely decorated room. Host is very helpful and informative.

Negative: The path from roadside drop-off point to the place is not as short that we expect and not easy to drag our luggage. The place is located at Finikia which is about 2 km. from Oia. It is not convenient to come back from Oia. Our group had to take taxi back since the public bus from Oia to Fira does not pass the apartment.

Positive: The view is stunning and the location is perfect to be close enough to Oia but not feeling the pressure of the tourist crowd. The sunset and view from the church at the top of the hill is unbelievable!

Negative: We had a great experience. If you travel with kids bear in mind there is no washing machine and the kitchen is basic.

Negative: It is ideal for a couple, but if you travel with more friends or two couples bear in mind that the two double beds are practically in the same room (no door separated them.

Negative: Even though it's only 2 minutes walking, it's a little struggle to carry the luggage to the house. However, I believe it's better spot than surrounds.

Positive: The location was fabulous! Lovely terrace to sit on which was welcomed and always shady areas to find. Host was so helpful via messages throughout my trip, organising airport transfers and food recommendations. Elvis and Jolanda were lovely too and often here cleaning up the terrace.
