Positive: The location is great, it’s right on the beach and nearby some fantastic restaurants and convenience stores. It’s also in a quieter area away from the major tourist spots so it’s more chill than the bigger resorts around. Had working aircon, great hot water for the shower, and even had a ton of tv channels.

Negative: It’s hard to find the right spot as the rooms themselves are tucked back into a narrow alley and the reception desk is in a poorly marked storefront (unmanned most of the time). We had to call the number and wait around on the sidewalk for a bit before we were able to get someone to come check us in. There are only one or two beachfront rooms so chances are you won’t be staying in those unless you specifically request it. The room doors don’t close super well and are secured with padlocks when you leave, so bugs can get in pretty easily.

Summary: Fine place to stay if you’re just looking for a quick room in a quiet area.

Positive: Very quaint resort with lovely staff. Glad we had the beach front room with deck seeing that the other accommodations had a very tiny outside area on the walking path. But in just a few steps and you’re on the beach. Did have to learn how to maneuver the shower in bathroom area because of the entire floor being wet…no doors. One you get on board on how this worked, then it was doable. Unfortunately for us, being non smokers, smoking was allowed on all these outside areas that you couldn’t get away from. That was super disappointing for us. That said, the beach, the food, the location, the besties we met while there and especially the owner, Gina and her puppy, Martini, made this adventure awesome!!

Positive: If you're a lone traveller, far from home and are seeking something to fill the space I recommend this lovely place. A wonderful location situated right by the beach, with beautiful walks up and down the soft sanded beach. Gia, Joy and staff were so lovely and welcoming, this place was relaxed and was perfect for my last remaining days in Thailand.They can't do enough for you ensuring your stay is as you would want. I also recommend the food there, Gia will cook you a wonderful Italian and pair it with the most delicious wine and if you're feeling adventurous a desert is available! Will definitely be returning, I'm rather looking forward to it!

Positive: This place grew on me. Once I got a scooter it was fantastic. And you get to know the locals to get scooter, eat, massage, etc as it's a small town. Family are very humble. But always asked if I wanted room cleaned. Refilled water bottles every day without asking. Right on beach. Even in pouring monsoon rain it was great!

Negative: Coffee places don't open until 10am so consider bringing your own packets. They do provide but I'm an addict :)

Summary: Quiet. On the Beach. Better view than Sofitel!
