Summary: I only booked this property because it had countless perfect 10 ratings. I would rate it a solid 3. The check in process was unorthodox. I was advised apartment would be open as in unlocked prior to my arrival and I would find the keys on the table inside the apartment. Highly unusual and did not foster a sense of safety. I didn’t appreciate that. The lock mechanism was loose and rickety. You can see daylight through the gap in door frame of the entry door. We could hear the voices of people in other parts of the house. The experience was so far beneath exceptional. We made the best of a bad situation created by VRBO. Why VRBO would allow this listing to claim exceptional 10/10 is astonishing. It is dishonest business practice and an extreme disservice to GENUINELY EXCEPTIONAL properties and hosts. I have no issue with the property owners. The blame lies squarely on VRBO.

Summary: The place was clean and comfortable, coffee, soaps and shampoo were provided. Richard was very helpful. He answered our requests right away, even mailed what I forgot.

Summary: I was able to swim twice. The pool is very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and it was easy to sleep. The couch looked great for a nap, but I didn't have time. The shower was just right. It was a nice stay.
