Summary: The blanket on our bed was full of mold. When I called down to the front desk to request a new blanket they told us house keeping was gone for the day forcing us to sleep with the blanket to stay warm. My husband had a sever skin reaction to the blanket. When we went down to the front desk to express our concerns they had us email an incident report in which the manger of the property responded to it and said it was only feathers in our blanket, there’s no cause for concern although my husband was covered In hives from head to toe.

Summary: Such a wonderful stay. Hotel was gorgeous, Room was beautiful and so clean. Staff was so friendly and they went above and beyond when they learned it was our anniversary. Food was also great at the restaurant. Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning.

Summary: Powdered donuts stayed in the elevator lobby on our floor next to the elevator for days, and the carpet in our hallway had pieces of paper on it for days, like price tags that were thrown onto the floor, lock was broken on pocket door and my husband was trapped in the bathroom, and the mattress was really hard. I love the premises and amenities, condos, views, spa, restaurant. This time just had a few issues.

Summary: The room AC broke down on the first night, the dining experience in the Hotel restaurant was horrible, terrible service, I almost walked out without paying, paid at the front because waitress took forever, 2 hour dinner experience, very poor service and the food was so so. No towels at the pool or at the beach, none available. They charged my CC again at check in when i had paid in full before getting to the property. It was a horrible experience overall, the property is old and in need of repairs, management is terrible and not very good at running the property, I would spend my $$ elsewhere near by.
