Summary: 2 Roaches. One big roach alive in the kitchen and the other dead in the bathroom. Roach in bathroom was found after 1st day and the roach in the kitchen was found 3 days later. If it wasn't for the roaches, I would have given a 4 for cleanliness. If parking was better, I would have given 3 for location and neighborhood.

Summary: This is a small cozy place to stay! We enjoyed everything about this rental! Such a nice home feeling, super clean! Parking could be difficult at times but overall a wonderful place! Would stay again! 10/10

Summary: The property manager, Karen, was really great to work with! There was confusion regarding the booking online but Karen made it right. Check in was very efficient and she communicated back quickly when I sent her an email. The apartment is beautiful, modern and clean. The TV was an issue as the one in the living room did not work and the tv in the bedroom was difficult to navigate. I was in WPB at an event at the convention center which was a 10 minute Uber drive away. However, as a 60+ woman traveling alone, I didn’t feel safe walking around the immediate neighborhood by myself. All things considered, I’m giving the property a 4 overall.
