Positive: This is one of the best places I have stayed in - and I have stayes in a number of apartments in cities around the world. Everything about the property exceeded my expectations. If I had more starts to give, I would give it 10 stars. If you are reaching for a place to stay and have reached here, please look no further. It is centrally located, has lots of space for two people to stay comfortably all the amenities are comfortable. The hosts are warm, generous and accommodative. They were helpful with advice and even carried our bags up and down the stairs - which was somewhat embarassing.

Negative: Nothing - the stairs are steep, but this is Amsterdam 😊

Summary: Fabulous - this kind of stay goes a long way in making your vacation a dream one

Positive: Great location and very friendly and helpful hosts. Nice amount of space for Amsterdam. Nice shower.

Negative: Might be hard to do temperature control if it is hot - was not clear about functioning of AC.

Summary: Loved it and would be hard to stay anywhere else in Amsterdam after our experience!

Positive: Jan was super helpful and very responsive to all messages, really thoughtful to have local beer and sweets for us in the apartment, everything was incredibly welcoming. Easy walk to trams and buses, coffee, bakeries and restaurants. Walkable to most main attractions.

Positive: The apartment was very spacious, located in a lovely area with so many conveniences and dining options near by. It was fairly quiet but a short walk away from anything I needed. Most importantly the hosts were so gracious, helpful and kind. Their generosity was a highlight of the trip.

Positive: Very friendly helpful hosts. Excellent location in a residential community with local shops, canals but still right in middle of Amsterdam Central. Easy walk to bus / tram to museums, Central station etc. Great washing machine dryer.

Negative: Stairs to our first floor apartment were steep but hosts took up our suitcases which was great. We thought it had a stove included but then we ate out locally..

Summary: Most enjoyable. We would definitely stay here if we return to Amsterdam .

Positive: Wow, such a wonderful place to stay with the most equally wonderful hosts! The location of the apartment is enough out of the hustle of the main areas of Amsterdam, but close enough to walk into it should you wish. The apartment has been recently redecorated, including new beds, which were super comfortable. A lovely surprise of having a few stock items in the fridge and some yummy biscuits too. The hosts kept in touch with us during our stay including recommending places to eat and drink, and also what to do should we accidentally lose the key! We would both hand on heart recommend staying with JC and JW at the Palm!

Negative: The entire place was without fault!
