Summary: The property was lovely and great location. Staff were exemplary. Two areas for improvement - the wifi connection was inconsistent and not easy to connect to. Also we believed there was an outdoor pool based on the website description and were disappointed to learn it was only for the suite.

Summary: The property is amazing and some of the staff are first class professionals, keen to look after you. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience when a personal possession went missing from a bag in my room. So far the hotel has failed to retrieve my item or work out who had access to the room to take it.
