Summary: Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of magnificent! From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIPs! The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional every moment of our stay. The location is outstanding, the views amazing and the rooftop terrace was something right out of a dream. Our room offered every luxurious convenience while also exuding the elegance and history of this magnificent hotel. It sits at the highest spot in Matera so every window offers a million dollar view. I wish we had stayed longer and I will never forget the magical experience Matera gave us.

Summary: We had a fabulous time at Palazzo Viceconte. The views from the room and from the roof terrace are simply stunning, and the staff were very welcoming and generous. We got engaged while we were there and they even gave us a free bottle of Prosecco! We will definitely be back.
