Positive: The location is excellent, as it is only about 3 to 10 minutes’ drive from Toppen Shopping Center, depending on traffic conditions. This makes it very convenient for me to travel to the center for my program, saving both time and effort.

Negative: The facilities were quite disappointing. The water pressure was very slow, there was no bidet provided, and the ironing board was broken. Even the iron itself was not in good condition, which made it difficult to use. On top of that, I was surprised to see additional charges such as an electrical fee of RM10 per night and a cleaning fee of RM60 per stay. These charges should be made clear upfront and ideally included in the overall price. Presenting them separately makes it feel misleading, as customers may feel they are being overcharged or “cheated.” It would be more transparent and fair if the full cost was shown from the start so that future guests know exactly what they are paying for.
