Positive: Apartment was very clean, spacious and modern. Location for tourism is excellent. Everything is nearby from restaurants, bars and important tourist sights. Very historic and well restored neighbourhood

Negative: There can be noise in the plaza as Madrid centre is filled with tourists who get drunk and shout. Elevator goes to 2nd floor but 2c is down a side stairs and up a stairs and has another stairs into the apartment so heavy baggage may be an issue

Positive: It is perfect location, extremely nice and stylish, 24 hours security in lobby. The beds are very comfortable.

Negative: A bit noise during the night, some people cross through the square in front of building and talk loudly.

Positive: Our apartment was just as pictured. Newly renovated ikea-feeling rooms in an old building that had several similar apartments and central reception. The building has very thick walls and small high windows- so no outside noise even thought it's a busy area (although very little vehicle traffic right outside). My teenagers slept on the pull out couch and they said it was comfortable! (As was the actual bed). Plenty of side chairs for when the sofa was pulled out. Great shower. We didn't use the kitchenette, but it seemed well-equipped. This location is almost directly across from Mercado San Miguel which was super convenient, but also a busy zone. But inside the building was like an oasis. Very quiet. Helpful front desk. When we arrived we weren't quite sure where to go - look for the enormous old wooden door.

Negative: Just a little hard to know where entrance was, but maybe that was just us being new to Madrid. Directly across courtyard from "Amicas." Huge wooden doors, we just guessed on hitting the top buzzer and then a lovely person from reception was right at the door.

Positive: 10/10 loved this place. Before we even arrived they were communication forward which felt so welcoming especially when traveling to a new country. The rooms were lovely all a little different but super cute. Beds so comfortable- slept like a baby every night. Location is great for Madrid close enough to everything but quiet so you would never know. We will only stay here and will recommend to All
