Positive: The hotel is located in an amazing location, you have direct access to the beach and outside living areas as well as a beach club. But... it's not maintained... There is plenty of parking.

Negative: The price charged for the rooms is very expensive compared to the size of the room and the facilities. You can clearly see that the hotel has potential due to the location and the outside facilities, but it is not well maintained. The restaurant is non existant. And if you have luggages, be prepared to carry them upstairs...

Positive: Access to beachfront is very nice. Parking could have been a challenge but it wasn’t.

Negative: The view from our room.

Summary: Pleasant stay all around. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Positive: You need to invest more in the facility which has a wonderful location. It is not being kept up in terms of repair and maintenance, furniture and fixtures. It's a shame.

Negative: The pictures they post online are not the rooms and garden areas they state
