Positive: Check in was easy, quick responses if you need anything. It is close to the city park and a handful of restaurants. It is a neighborhood of mobile homes. This one has been remodeled. Tons of space, fun games for kids, two large restrooms and a very well stocked kitchen. there was mix up about missing kitchen items, so just be sure to put things away in the same places as much as possible. It was easily resolved.
