Positive: I liked the house! It is a 4 bed 2 bath, with a fenced in back yard in a super convenient location. Parking was easy on the elevated driveway. it was also very clean. It's a private house type situation so you are asked to start a load of laundry, the dishwasher and take out the trash at check out, which is understandable. nice thing is that they provide towels and all linens. Super close to Antelope Canyon Navajo tours (8 min drive!!!) and the horseshoe bend. The owner messaged me through booking.com the door code so getting in was hassle free and easy.

Negative: I didn't know where we were supposed to leave the trash, the house rules just said "trash out" but there was no trash can that I could see outside.

Summary: recommended, fantastic location.

Positive: Our host was very friendly and very quick to respond to our questions. The house was ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, it has all the amenities you need, comfortable beds. Everything was clean and tidy. Overall a very pleasant stay.
