Positive: Everything was just amazing! Apart from the resort, which was absolutely stunning and the facilities, what really stood out was the fantastic staff and the human touch, which made a huge difference and stood out from other hotels and resorts. Their service was always with a genuine smile, and they were ever ready to assist and go over and above to help. The food was absolutely delicious. The buffet was amazing and had an amazing mix of cuisines. They also catered to our specific requests apart from the buffet. It was so nice to meet the executive chef who walked around the restaurant chatting with guests, yet again making you feel special and welcome. We loved our room and the views were fantastic! The swimming pool and the pool bar was awesome! The spa facilities were great and the massage was excellent! Will definitely be back!

Negative: The fact that we booked for just 3 days...would have loved to stay longer :-(
