Positive: Everything is new. Comfortable. Nicely decorated. Good kitchen. Nice living room. Nice view. Good bedroom. Good washroom. Good host response time.

Negative: The apartment directly faces the Metrotown SkyTrain station, resulting in significant noise from accelerating and decelerating trains, even during late-night hours. Unfortunately, the sound insulation is not very good. Additionally, the actual location of the apartment is approximately 1 km away from the listed address, which was misleading. It's also important to note that short-term rentals are prohibited by law in this building. This made my stay feel uneasy and somewhat unlawful, which negatively impacted my overall experience.

Negative: Insufficient information provided (ie what to do when the fire alarm sounds, nearest fire exit; how to work the thermostat — it was set to cool at the tail end of winter); parking was not the easiest, and the fob system was a bit much; was requested not to mention that the property was an “Airbnb” if we were asked
