Summary: Besides issues with our booking, which required us to miss an activity and took over an hour to resolve) - apparently hotels.com/expedia and the hotel hadn’t squared us away and I was told I had to call to figure it out (very challenging to figure out who to call and how) the room is worse than hostels I’ve stayed in. Loud AC and fan. It’s 4am and I cannot sleep. The pool had wads of hair floating around, which we joked about m, but ultimately made it not at all something I would do. They also require you to bring the one room towel they give each person down, and trade it in at the desk to get another. Beds are reasonably comfortable. Fairly clean, but definitely random hairs and floor feels a bit greasy or slimy wet. Glad it isn’t carpeted. I don’t think there are bedbugs, but I will leave my bag in the garage when I get home.

Summary: This hotel doesnt look the prettiest from the outside (looks unsafe to stay at), or in the rooms but the lobby and pool area are amazingly beautiful. Unfortunately we didnt get to experience that. The rooms are quite outdated, the beds are uncomfortable, and the parking was atrocioust to find if you're coming back to the hotel around/after dinner. One of our rooms the ceiling in the bathroom was about to burst from water damage so we had to move rooms just before we went to sleep. But the staff moved us promptly and gave us a room on the 3rd floor which was nice as it was secluded. Its a great hotel for convenience for being near the airport and the staff is very nice. I think if it the rooms and parking get updated it will definitely be a significant difference.

Summary: The staff were excellent and very accommodating. The hotel is older and needs some tender loving care. Fresh paint in the rooms and some updating. We only slept there at night because we were out exploring during the day. It was a pleasant experience and would stay again.

Summary: Excellent location to the Honolulu Airport, but the room we had was just too neglected for us to enjoy being there. Stains on the ceiling, damaged blinds , neglected corners that just made this place feel not ok.

Summary: I stay here often for work. I often use Honolulu as a stopover before continuing on to Asia, and I always stay here at the Pacific Marina Inn. The staff is always wonderful, they greet me by name, and IMO it's one of the only truly reasonably priced hotels in the whole Honolulu area. Plus, it's worth a lot that they have a free 24 hour airport shuttle that is always quick and convenient, and again the staff is always super pleasant and helpful. I'll always leave my friends at the Pacific Marina Inn a great review! I've said this before in previous reviews... You already know going into this that this is not the nicest hotel you'll ever stay at, but it's perfect for what it is and my rooms have always been clean, even if the building is older. What more can you want for a decent price!

Summary: There is no denying this place is old. It would benefit from a full remodel but I gotta say it has a certain charm about it. It is off the beaten path so very quiet in spite of being close to airport. Everyone who works here is very friendly and nice. All our needs were met. It is not fancy in any way but the landscaping is nice and we enjoyed the pool very much. I would stay there again.

Summary: Place was nice, check in was easy and friendly. I had to check out late and when talking and explaining to the front desk the guy there was very unprofessional and rude. Took a lot to keep my cool but talking to customers like that explains why customers complain about service. Other than that was ok and pet friendly.
