Positive: The hotel has a good breakfast included and the pool area was clean and comfortable.

Negative: It’s very noisy since it’s next to an elevated freeway. Also, the shuttle was out of service, so was spent $8.00 getting an Uber to the hotel after flying in from another island. They did pay for our ride back to the airport the next morning.

Summary: It’s a serviceable and convenient place to stay with lots of food options within a 5-10 minute walk.

Negative: Shuttle was broken. Had to catch a taxi to the hotel. Was not informed to keep receipt to get reimbursed. Booked this hotel because of the shuttle. Hotel did pay for Lyft back to airport. Room was comfortable, but sheets felt like sandpaper.

Positive: The check in people were super helpful and friendly. Sorted out our transport to and from the airport as the shuttle had broken down. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and for an overnight with early departure it is very convenient.

Negative: The room could do with some tea and coffee facilities with real cutlery.

Negative: The room I was given, the bed had been used and blankets strewn and pillows piled.
