Summary: Pacha Hotel was fabulous. The junior suite was spacious and very comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. However, it was friendliness of the staff and their willingness to attend to us and our needs that really made the hotel standout.

Summary: Everything was excellent, except the breakfast was a little weaker than expected. Room was perfectly comfortable and clean, the pool was small but guests can also take advantage of the other hotel’s facilities which are large and quite nice. Food, drink and music at the pool are all good too. Special thanks for Ivan, the waiter at the pool for making our holiday much better with his being kind and helpful with us.

Summary: This was my third stay at the hotel this year. We are overall v happy with the facilities and the location of the hotel. Free parking is v convenient. What I am surprised by though is that the hotel started charging a 10pct service fee at check in. Not only is this very unusual but during this stay the hotel didn’t even mention the charge when I was asked to settle the outstanding bill. Only after I asked I was told they added an optional service charge. I find this very unfortunate and unnecessary. I don’t know if any hotel that does that. Especially not at check in.
